To Place Orders:

Orders can be placed directly through our website or by phone. For phone orders please call 888-465-1592. Visa, Mastercard American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted. Sorry but we do not ship to P.O boxes. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed.

Freight Charges:

Shipping charges are posted in cart and are calculated based on weight and shipping destination. From time to time TES Covers will run shipping rate promotions including free freight. Please check freight calculator in cart for most up to date shipping costs. Contact Customer Service for expedited shipping options or for assistance.   

**TES Covers is not responsible for address errors entered by consumer during the online purchase. We will work with freight companies to assist reallocating the shipment when ever possible.**

Shipping Time:

Ground shipping varies from receipt of order and final destination.  Transit days can range from 3-5 business days. 

TES Covers is not responsible for any delays in transit after items are collected by designated carrier.

Leave at door:

Unless otherwise stated, orders that are sent Ground DO NOT required a signature for delivery. This authorizes the carrier to leave the package in the event that no one is home to sign for it. This waives your right to hold TES Covers responsible for any resulting claims. If you prefer to have someone sign for the package, please state that in the "comment or special instruction" section prior to checking out. There is a $5 fee to add signature required and payment for this fee will be processed upon receipt of order.  

International Orders:

TES Covers  currently does not offer International shipping.  We also cannot process orders if you reside outside of the US (billing address) and want to ship to a US address.   Orders must have a US billing address.   


If an item becomes out of stock or is no longer available you will be notified via e-mail and explain your options. Any backorders are filled when the item becomes available.


If there are any questions regarding size, fitment, compatibility, etc., please contact Customer Service before placing your order. Our friendly Customer Service Representatives will assist with all of your questions to ensure you're buying the best product to fit your needs and application.

Returns / Exchanges:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Approved refunds and exchanges are only issued if item was bought directly from TES Covers and meets the guidelines stated above. A 10% restocking fee per item will be applied on all returned items. The Customer is responsible for all inbound shipping charges on any item sent to us for exchange or return. (unless our error).

Exchanges: A shipping charge will be applied and must be prepaid prior to the new item(s) shipping.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


No exchange or return will be allowed. NOTE: Pre-Order Items can be changed prior to shipment, or canceled for store credit only. 


Please adhere to the safety warnings found on all TES Covers. Always allow motor vehicles and or motorcycles to cool before using covers. Never leave covers where children can play as fumes and or temperatures can cause harm and or be fatal.
